Solution 1: Backup your QuickBooks registry entries

1.      Open your laptop or PC and go to the desktop.

3.      Now, hold down ctr+shift keys on your keyboard, and after that press enter.

4.      After you have done the above step, a black colored box with a blinking cursor in it will get open on your screen.

5.      There, type “Regedit” and press the enter key on your keyboard

6.      Search and select the error 7300 key of which you want to make your backup.

7.      open the file explorer and press the “Export” key there

8.      Create your desired destination folder or save location in the save option. This step will save your QuickBooks backup

9.      Give a name in the file name option to ensure that, your selected branch is also selected in the export range box

10.  At last, click on the Save button.

Solution 2: Rename your sync manager folder

1.      First to open your company’s QuickBooks and then log yourself out from the QuickBooks.

2.      To log yourself out of the QuickBooks, just go to the “Sync-Manager” option and Press your right mouse button in the system tray exit.

3.      From there, select the “Exit sync manager” option to complete the logout step.

4.      After logging out, restart the QuickBooks application and start the Sync manager.

5.      After pressing the Sync manager, it will get open and after that, it will automatically start with the folder name “Sync Manager”. After that, to connect that to your data, just enter the button with the option “Sync Now”.

Solution 3: Downloads QuickBooks Sync Manager again

1.      First of all, uninstall the already installed QuickBooks version from your laptop/PC

2.      After that go and rename the Intuit folders

3.      try finding the below intuit folders: -

·         C:\ProgramData\Intuit\QuickBooks (Year)

·         C:\Users\ (current user) \AppData\Local\Intuit\QuickBooks

·         64-bit version C:\Program Files (x86) \Intuit\QuickBooks

·         Files\Intuit\QuickBooks

In any case, you are not able to rename the files and are facing any issue while doing it, then continue with the below steps.

1.   Go to the Windows taskbar and search Task manager

2.    From the search result select the task manager app to open its window

3.    From there, go to the processes tab

4.   Now, you have to press the column with the name image title, and click on it once so that all the processes are in an alphabetical sequence.

5.   In there, you will have to search for files with the extension QBDBMgr.exe and QBDBMgrN.exe

6.      select these files

7.   No press the End process button to end these processes

8.  It will show you a message that terminating this process can cause undesired results including loss of data and system stability, just ignore that and click on the yes button to successfully complete this step.

9. You are done with uninstalling the QuickBooks, just install the application again and do it completely do that next time there is no error.
